Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for jewelry?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that earrings and custom-made pieces are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethically sourced?
Absolutely. At Roxanne First, we only work with suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process, ensuring all our diamonds and precious stones are conflict-free and ethically mined.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
We provide a 12-month warranty on all our jewelry covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
